SEO/SEA Full Stack Marketing Specialist to $2000

About us
We’re a web development company delivering high-performing websites and digital products. We’re expanding our search practice and looking for a forward-thinking specialist who thrives on new tools, automation, and owning outcomes.

The role
You’ll lead SEO (including GEO/Local SEO) and SEA for a portfolio of diverse client projects. You’ll run multiple engagements in parallel, leveraging AI content automations and modern analytics to plan, execute, and iterate. You’ll be hands-on with technical SEO, comfortable speaking dev, and proactive about trends that move the needle.

What you’ll do

  • Own strategy → execution across SEO, Local/GEO SEO, and SEA (Google/Bing).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search: account structure, keywords, creatives, budgets, and ROAS.
  • Run technical audits and fixes: crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, canonicalization, hreflang, log-file insights.
  • Partner with developers on sitemaps, robots, performance budgets, and release QA.
  • Build AI-assisted content workflows (programmatic SEO, briefs, internal linking, entity coverage) with responsible review gates.
  • Set KPIs, build dashboards, and report clear insights and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Work in two-week sprints, communicate progress in Slack, and manage priorities across multiple clients.

What you bring

  • Several years of experience across SEO + SEA, including Local/GEO tactics.
  • Strong technical SEO plus a developer background (HTML/CSS/JS; bonus for Python/regex).
  • Fluency with GA4, GSC, GTM, keyword/crawl suites (Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb), PageSpeed/Lighthouse, schema tools.
  • Experience with AI/LLM-supported workflows (prompting, programmatic pages, content QA, automation pipelines).
  • Proven delivery on multiple projects at once, with an owner’s mindset and crisp communication.
  • Curiosity for emerging search trends (SERP features, PMax, data-layer best practices, AI overviews, search generative experiences).
