PPC Specialist (Google Ads + Bing Ads) Offline

We are seeking a part-time PPC Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads and is comfortable managing campaigns with manual settings for maximum performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Structure, maintain, and optimize search campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Manage and optimize shopping campaigns and maintain the Google Merchant Center.
  • Perform bid and budget adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct search term optimization to improve relevance and reduce wasted spend.
  • Run ad copy testing to continuously improve CTR and conversions.
  • Validate and monitor conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Analyze competitor activity and auction insights to stay ahead of the market.
  • Provide regular reports and proactively communicate any issues, trends, or opportunities.

     

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of manual bidding strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and shopping ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights.
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong communicator with a decent level of English.

     

Workload:

  • Part-time: approximately 20 hours/week, flexible hours depending on workload.
  • Potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance
