Senior Full Stack Laravel Developer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Laravel Full Stack Developer to join growing Engineering team and build out the next generation of platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on platform builder with significant experience in developing services and APIs in the Laravel framework as well as implementing front end solutions using Vue3. 

Responsibilities:
Design and develop a processing platform using various configuration management technologies. 
- Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures. 
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms. 
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. 
- Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. 

Essential Skills: 

- 5+ years of experience in Laravel
- 2+ years of experience in Vue.js
- Experience with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.

- Experience with MySQL 
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies. 
- Experience with Front End Languages like TypeScript, Vue.js (version 3), Saas, Webpack 
- Experience with architectural & cloud technologies such as Docker, AWS, Linux, NGINX. 
- Git version control 
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision. As an experienced developer, you must be competent in managing your time and current workload. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, we are a fully remote team, so it’s essential we communicate well. You will often find yourself explaining technical issues to a non-technical audience.
- A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions 

- Upper - Intermediate or higher level of English

Will be a plus:

- Experience with automated testing frameworks. 
- Experience with Laravel Nova
