Senior PHP Developer (with Mautic experience)

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join a project focused on Mautic integration within a CRM system. The role involves auditing, re-architecting, and reskinning the existing implementation to improve backend performance and simplify frontend workflows for production-grade stability.

Duration: 3 months

Experience with Mautic is required

Requirements:

 • Strong PHP skills - 5 years eperience and more

 • Experience with Symfony framework

 • Solid MySQL/MariaDB knowledge

 • JavaScript, HTML/CSS skills

 • Hands-on experience with Mautic

 • Excellent English - upper intermediate and higher

What You’ll Do:

 • Audit current Mautic integration and identify bottlenecks

 • Rework backend architecture for scalability and stability

 • Optimize frontend UX and workflows

 • Customize templates, themes, and tracking logic

 • Ensure smooth integration with the CRM
