Lead Generation Specialist
Olive Systems is a staff augmentation and software outsourcing company based in Israel. We provide experienced offshore developers to tech companies around the world. Our model is fully transparent: clients negotiate directly with developers, while Olive charges a fixed monthly fee.
After establishing a strong presence in the Israeli market, we are expanding into North America. Our CEO is currently located in Toronto and is available for in-person meetings with qualified leads.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive our entry into the US and Canadian markets. Your responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and warm up potential leads. Once a lead is engaged and shows interest, our CEO will take over the sales process and close the deal.
This is a strategic role for a self-motivated professional who understands the tech services landscape and can operate without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients in the USA and Canada (startups, tech companies, VPs of Engineering, CTOs, CEOs)
• Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other non-intrusive channels
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls with the CEO
• Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on campaign performance
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM
Requirements
• Proven experience in lead generation or sales development for outsourcing or outstaffing companies targeting North America
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and the value of offshore talent
• Ability to write clear, persuasive messages in English with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, etc.)
• Strong self-management skills, proactivity, and results orientation
