Digital Director
We are searching for a Digital Director on behalf of our client — a creative media group with offices in Eastern and Western Europe.
Our client is widely recognized for producing popular TV series and feature films across different markets. Their mission is to strengthen cultural identity through stories that not only entertain but also resonate with audiences globally.
Key Challenge
Transform an existing catalogue of series and films into a profitable digital ecosystem, creating long-term revenue streams.
This role means building a complete digital business model from the ground up — from monetization concepts to practical rollout on international platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement revenue models: advertising partnerships, branded projects, joint initiatives with streaming platforms.
- Shape and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy.
- Build analytics and KPI frameworks: audience insights, forecasts, ROI analysis.
- Expand the company’s digital footprint across video-first platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Video, Telegram, Snapchat).
- Oversee promotional campaigns for premieres and new releases.
- Manage collaborations with external agencies (SEO, design, marketing, media buying).
- Develop and optimize CRM systems for audience engagement and data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and distribution standards.
- Track emerging digital trends and integrate innovative tools.
Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or content monetization (preferably with video).
- Proven track record of launching channels, partnerships, or branded campaigns.
- Strong business acumen: ability to turn creative content into scalable revenue.
- Leadership skills: initiative, ability to establish processes from zero.
- Fluency in the local language is required; media/entertainment background is an advantage.
