Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join an exciting new project focused on developing an external API for a leading digital product in the mental health sector. The platform is designed for the UK and US markets, and you will play a key role in shaping its data infrastructure, scalability, and overall performance.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement a scalable data platform capable of processing and analyzing large volumes of data using Azure cloud services.
• Enhance and support LLM-related Python services.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team and contribute to infrastructure tasks when required.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for both internal teams and external customers.
• Ensure data quality, observability, and best practices are consistently applied.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or similar).
• Solid understanding of Azure services, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of data quality and observability principles.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
   

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
