The Role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our analytics team and help deliver insights that empower business decisions. This role is perfect for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute. You will focus on preparing data, maintaining dashboards, and helping conduct retrospectives for the Sales department — making sure insights are translated into clear, actionable takeaways.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst (internship or entry-level roles also count).
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (ability to write simple queries).
• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with datasets.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
   

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles.
• Exposure to large datasets or CRM/Finance/HR platforms.
• Interest in learning forecasting and advanced analytics techniques.
   

You will

• Build and update dashboards: keep views clear and consistent.
• Prepare datasets: collect, clean, join, validate.
• Deliver recurring reports: weekly/monthly KPIs with brief notes.
• Support Sales retrospectives: surface trends and draft takeaways.
• Answer ad-hoc asks: simple SQL/Sheets analyses and visuals.
• Raise data quality: run checks, log issues, document fixes.
• Communicate simply: concise insights for non-technical teams.

• Use AI to speed up work: LLM drafts/summaries; track wins.
