The Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making at Yanarchy. This role is central to shaping our reporting processes, supporting strategic OKRs, and leading our growing analytics team. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or equivalents).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for query building and database optimization.
• Proven experience working with large datasets, including integration from multiple sources (CRM, Finance, HR platforms, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Continuous learning mindset, with willingness to improve data visualization, analysis, and forecasting skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience in building forecasting or predictive models to support business strategy.
• Exposure to people analytics or sales/revenue operations analytics.

You will

• Own the single source of truth: model core datasets, define KPIs, and keep metrics consistent.
• Ship clear Power BI dashboards and iterate fast with stakeholders.
• Run company-wide retrospectives and turn findings into action-ready recommendations.
• Drive OKR tracking: build views, forecast trends, surface risks early.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to turn business questions into analysis and decisions.
• Raise the bar on data quality: automated checks, alerting, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor analysts: set standards, review work, share best practices.
• Communicate the “so what”: concise narratives with trade-offs and next steps.
• Implement and measure AI: deploy LLM/agents, run tests, track ROI.
