YOUR MISSION

Actively manage client projects (Tech & SaaS) from planning to delivery (scope, timelines, risks) to drive retention and expansion via clear communication, solid processes, and on-time execution. Think like an owner and strategist: build relationships, spot upsell opportunities, and leverage specialists to create impact while protecting client and agency interests.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO
 

Every day

  • Own client communications in chats/email/calls; respond fast and flag risks early. (not just replying — stay fully in context).
  • Create/assign/update tasks in the task manager; keep deadlines realistic and visible.
  • Align priorities with specialists; plan the next day.
  • Manage invoices & payments (status, correctness, due dates).
  • Grow relationships (not just service); look for expansion opportunities.

 

Every week

  • Send concise status updates to clients (focused on results/KPIs).
  • Review delivery progress; refresh estimates/plans with the team.
  • Run coordination calls with clients/team as needed.
  • Create or update SOPs/checklists/templates for Accounts operations (comms, task flow, invoicing); publish minor revisions.
  • Run a quick Project Health Analysis: what’s happening now, what’s at risk, what’s next; make this visible to stakeholders. 
     

Every month

  • Hold at least 1 call per client (mandatory).
  • Consolidate and send reports (collected from specialists).
  • Fill internal tables (Scorecard, P&L, etc.).
  • Spot and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Run an SOP review & versioning cycle: collect feedback, update docs, changelog + announcement, archive outdated steps.
  • Use teammates’ strengths (SEO, content, design, link building) to unlock more value for clients.
     

REQUIREMENTS
 

Must-have

  • 1–2 years in IT/SaaS or a marketing agency (Account / Client Success / Project role).
  • English B2 (spoken & written).
  • Strong soft skills: proactivity, ownership, organization, analytical & strategic thinking, persistence, high standards, clear communication.
  • Tools: Google Docs/Sheets, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, experience with task managers.
  • Strategic mindset (think, not just execute).
  • Relationship builder with upsell/expansion focus. 

Nice to have

  • Experience with Performance/SEO projects.
  • Hands-on experience handling 10–15 light retainer clients.
  • Demonstrated upsells/expansions.

 

Team, schedule & growth

  • Reports to: Operations Lead (with mentorship during onboarding).
  • Collaboration: SEO & content specialists, Team Lead, COO.
  • Schedule: typically 09:00–18:00 EET (remote).
  • Onboarding: 2 months on base rate with mentorship; then KPI model activates.
  • Growth path: advance to Head of Accounts as the company scales.
     

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Salary: $1,500 (probation, 3 months) → $1,700 base + monthly KPI bonuses (can bring it to $2000).
