Country Director / СEO (Online Casino, Tier 1-2)

       We are an international iGaming holding, actively growing and now launching a new online casino project on the LATAM market.

       As part of the launch of a new project within the holding, we are creating a team of TOP-managers and inviting an ambitious and experienced Country Director/CEO to lead the Tier 1 project (with a focus on Poland, Portugal, and Greece)
This is a key role, which involves responsibility for strategic business development, team building and achieving financial results.
 

Main tasks:

• Developing a future strategy for existing projects in the Tier 1-2 market
• Business process management: marketing, operations, product, finance
• Formation and development of the project team, coordination of the work of the C-level and departments
• Interaction with investors and shareholders of the holding
• P&L control, budget and financial efficiency planning
• Making key decisions on product and market development
• Representing the company at conferences, forums and industry events
   

What we expect:

• Experience in a management role (CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, COO, CMO) in iGaming/Gambling/Betting from 2-3+ years
• Deep understanding of the market (Poland, Portugal, Greece)
• Experience with P&L, budgets, strategic planning
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Fluent English, Spanish is desirable
• Results orientation, ability to work in a startup environment
