Responsibilities:

• Add visual variety to creative production
• Increase CTR and engagement through a WOW effect in advertising
• Generate standout creatives and provide a strong visual boost to R&D approaches
• Optimize the production cycle by using templates and libraries
• Collaborate with motion designers to assemble final videos
  
  Requirements:
• Proficient in: Blender / Cinema 4D / 3ds Max / Maya (one or more)
• Skills in modeling, rigging, texturing, and animation
• Experience adapting 3D videos for advertising (15–30 seconds, mobile-first)
• Understanding of how viewer attention works in advertising
• Ability to work quickly, iteratively, and under deadlines

• Bonus: experience with Unity/Unreal Engine, generative graphics, knowledge of AI tools (Runway, Pika, AnimateDiff, etc.)
