IT Recruiter

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team!
 

What we expect from you:


- 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment
- Completed HR/Recruitment courses
- English level: Upper-Intermediate
- Experience in closing both technical and non-technical positions
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to select relevant candidates according to job requirements
 

What you’ll do:


 – Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing
 – Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements
 – Communicate with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience
 – Present qualified candidates in a timely manner skills
