Digital Marketing Specialist (Global Markets)

   About Us:
   We are an outsourcing and outstaffing company working with international clients and developing our own in-house products. 

 

   You will be directly involved in building marketing strategies and campaigns for:

  • TriWorldHub โ€“  is a global triathlon platform that connects athletes, coaches, vendors, and corporate clients.
  • QR Menu โ€“ a brand-new solution that helps restaurants and cafes digitize their menus and improve customer experience.

 

    This role is an opportunity to work hands-on with these products, shape their marketing direction, and contribute to their growth in international markets.

 

     Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2โ€“3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably with SaaS or tech products.
  • Strong knowledge of targeting, retargeting, and contextual advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset โ€“ ability to work with data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns.
  • Experience working with international markets (US/EU) is a strong plus.

     

     Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
