Lead Generation and CRM Assistance Manager

Job Overview
 

We seek a highly organized and proactive Lead Generation and CRM Assistance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads based on the given strategy from the sales leads, managing CRM databases, and supporting conference-related tasks. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth prospecting flow, data management, and post-event follow-up.
 

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

  • Research and identify potential leads based on set priorities and criteria by the sales leads. 
  • Locate prospects' personal and professional email addresses.
  • Use tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email finders, and others for lead generation.
     

CRM Management

  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Add new leads, contacts, and emails to the CRM system.
  • Organize and segment contacts for effective outreach and reporting.
     

Conference Management Support

  • Compile and manage lists of speakers, nominees, award winners, and attendees.
  • Record and document key post-conference information for follow-ups.
     

Outreach and Follow-Ups

  • Set up calls and coordinate meeting schedules with prospects.
  • Send follow-up communications to prospects who did not respond to the initial outreach campaigns.
     

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, CRM management, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to locate and verify contact information.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English B1+ level.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and capable of working independently.
  • Flexible: Ability to work in the US time zone from time to time.
