We are now looking for a Senior PPC Specialist with excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and strong English skills to join us full-time in a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:
โ Set up and manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads (keywords, ads, audiences, conversion tracking).
โ Develop and implement ad strategies.
โ Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding client KPIs.
โ Optimize campaigns, budgets, and ads to ensure top results.
โ Conduct account audits
โ Generate reports, present results, and plan further actions.
โ Improve internal processes and service guidelines.
โ Solve growth challenges for both clients and the team.
Requirements:
โ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for eCommerce.
โ Solid knowledge of GTM and GA4 (setup, conversions, tracking, remarketing).
โ Strong skills in Google Docs/Sheets/Presentations.
โ
Fluency in Ukrainian and a B2+ level of English.
Nice to have:
โ Previous experience in international digital agencies.
โ Experience in managing people or mentoring.
โ Experience with Microsoft Ads and/or US/EU markets.
