Product Manager (Web3 - preferably Solana)
About the role
You’ll lead 0→1 and 1→N launches for customer-facing products - dashboards, interactive flows, DEFI primitives/protocols that drive user acquisition and engagement in the Solana ecosystem. You translate ambiguous problems into crisp specs, validate with scrappy prototypes, and partner closely with engineering/design to ship fast.
What you’ll do
- Own product discovery and delivery for multiple parallel bets.
- Define problem statements, success metrics, and experiment plans for traction.
- Create low-/mid-fidelity designs or flows (Figma or equivalent) for PoC/MVP.
- Write PRDs/specs that engineers love; prioritize ruthlessly.
- Set up analytics/event schemas; read funnels and cohorts to steer iteration.
- Partner on go-to-market, docs, and partner/creator integrations.
Navigate Solana/web3 specifics (wallet UX, fees, tx reliability, indexers, program constraints) and turn them into great user experiences.
Must-haves
- Web3 product experience is required, preferably Solana (consumer or prosumer products, wallets, analytics, creators, DeFi, gaming, or tooling).
- 4–6+ years in Product Management with shipped, user-facing products.
- Strong experimentation mindset (A/Bs, quick MVPs, event instrumentation).
- Ability to write clear requirements in Jira, document in Confluence, and navigate Figma and other standard product tools to ensure requirements are clearly shared and communicated with teams
- You are comfortable leading API integrations with external vendors across data providers, payments, clearing or custody
- Passionate about UX and solving problems
- Clear, concise writing; ability to align stakeholders and make decisions fast.
Comfortable running multiple workstreams in parallel.
