Senior/Lead AI/ML Engineer

We’re building a modular SaaS platform that’s redefining how restaurants engage with their guests — through instant feedback, dish-level ratings, and loyalty programs. Our next milestone is AI Engine: the intelligence layer that will deliver personalized recommendations, predictive insights, and smart automation across the platform.

We’re looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to help design and develop this engine. The role will begin as a specialized freelance project, with the potential to grow into a long-term partnership if it’s the right fit.
 

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop the foundation of our AI/ML engine.
• Build and train models for:
  • Dish-level and restaurant-level recommendation systems.
  • Predictive analytics (guest behavior trends, loyalty forecasting, demand optimization).
  • Natural Language Processing (guest feedback, sentiment analysis).
• Develop scalable data pipelines capable of processing large volumes of guest, restaurant, and transaction data.
• Work closely with the product team to integrate AI capabilities into the existing SaaS platform (APIs, cloud deployment).
• Apply MLOps best practices to ensure continuous improvement, reliability, and scalability.

• Solid experience with API development & system integration
