What Experience Is Important to Us 📌

• 4+ years of total experience (3+ years in casino product management) 🕓
• Strong knowledge of casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, etc.) 📊
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Power BI) 🧪
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and CIS market expertise 🎨
• Experience with bonus strategies 🎁
• Skills in player segmentation and customer journey mapping 🧩
• Leadership experience (5+ team members) 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Knowledge of game providers and payment systems 💳
• Expertise in retention strategies 🎮
   

What You Will Do 💼

• Lead the CIS product team & manage promotional calendars 📅
• Monitor and analyze KPIs daily, resolving issues proactively 📈
• Review player sessions and implement improvements 🎥
• Conduct competitor and user research regularly 🔍
• Create specifications and mockups for new features 🛠️
• Optimize existing features and scale best practices 📌
• Manage product backlogs & prioritize tasks 🗂️
• Collaborate with the CRM team to test retention strategies 🔄
• Audit bonus systems and run A/B tests 🎁🧪
• Prepare performance reports and share weekly updates 📨
