Middle PHP developer (Laravel)

Interaction Partners is a Switzerland based company, operating and developing schedulR, a cloud based, SaaS investor engagement platform (CRM, events, news distribution). Our clients are companies listed in Switzerland and the Swiss exchange (SIX). Beyond our current offering, we are also exploring the future of investor relations with DIRO

(Digital Investor Relations Officer), our AI-based assistant project. While the role is not directly focused on DIRO at the start, you’ll be joining a team that is actively working in the AI space and may get opportunities to contribute over time.

Required:

-  3+ years developing PHP/Laravel applications in production environments.

- Strong knowledge of PHP 8.3+ and Laravel 12+.

- Clear understanding of OOP principles and MVC architecture.

- Understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns (GoF, GRASP).

- Solid MySQL knowledge.

- JSON API development and third-party API integrations.

- Experience with Laravel Queue system for background job processing.

- Understanding of PSR standards and PHP coding conventions.

- PHPUnit testing.

- Git workflows (branching, pull requests).

- Docker and Docker Compose.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

- Comfortable with Linux/Unix command line environments.

- SSH and basic server administration.

- Interest to further integrate AI in our internal processes.

Nice to have:

- OpenAPI/Swagger documentation experience.

- Vue.js experience.

- AWS services experience.

- CI/CD pipeline experience.

What you will do:

-  Build and enhance product features based on business requirements following best practices.

-  Collaborate with technical lead, product owner, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.

-  Participate in daily standups and sprint planning to align on priorities and progress.

-  Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues in the existing codebase.

-  Document APIs and technical implementations for team reference.

-  Write automated tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
