Who we are

Interaction Partners is a Switzerland-based company at the intersection of investor relations and AI. Our core product, DIRO (Digital Investor Relations Officer), is an AI-powered IR assistant deployed by listed companies in Switzerland, e.g. at BKW. schedulR, our IR

platform, powers event management, news distribution, and CRM workflows for Swiss and German listed companies and SIX, the Swiss Exchange. Our clients rely on these platforms on the days that matter most to them. Support is not a side function here — it is how we keep that trust.

Investor relations does not run on office hours. Listed companies publish results before the market opens, investors and journalists react immediately, and IR teams need answers while the day is still being shaped. That is why our support day starts early.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who covers the early window every day — 06:00 to 09:00 CET — plus roughly one further hour scheduled as you see fit. During the core window you are the first point of contact for our clients: listed companies, their IR

teams, and their agencies. When no requests come in, you work on client assignments, open tickets, and platform and data improvements.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems for people, is comfortable around software, and takes quality seriously — in IR, a wrong number or a broken link is a public problem.

What you will do

• Be available every day from 06:00 to 09:00 CET as the first point of contact for client requests — the window in which results, news, and event publications go live. 
• Support clients with specific problems: understand the issue, resolve what you can directly, and escalate cleanly to the right person when you cannot.
• Execute the tasks clients have mandated us with — publishing news and events, updating IR content, maintaining distribution lists, and similar recurring work.
• Maintain and improve data quality across our platforms: check what comes in, correct what is wrong, and fix the cause rather than the symptom.
• Document recurring issues and suggest improvements — to our processes, ourproducts, and how we explain them to clients.
• Work directly with our product and engineering team: you see the problems first, so your feedback shapes what gets built.

Required

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, service desk, or a client-facing operations role.
• Affinity for software and a basic understanding of how it works — you are not afraid of a CMS, an admin panel, or a settings page, and you can describe a bug precisely.
• Client orientation: you are a friendly problem solver who stays calm and clear whensomeone is under time pressure.
• Must be located in the European Union
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Reliability and a focus on quality — you check your work before it goes out.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently, without close supervision.

   

Nice to have

• German, written and spoken — a large part of our client base is Swiss and German.
• Exposure to investor relations, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Familiarity with support tooling and basic data work — ticketing systems, spreadsheets, simple queries.

• You are precise: in IR, details are not cosmetic. 
• You would rather fix the underlying cause once than handle the same ticket every week. 
• You communicate clearly and without jargon — our clients are IR and finance people, not engineers.
