✅ Required Skills

• 3+ years of commercial experience in project management
• Multitasking: managing 3+ medium-sized projects simultaneously
• Proactive mindset – must-have
• Strong technical skills/knowledge
• Understanding of basic IT architecture principles
• Understanding of how APIs work + ability to test with Postman
• Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with customers and teams
• Risk management expertise
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced understanding of corporate environments and objectives, with ability to propose solutions
• English: Intermediate or higher

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the project from the start or earliest stage
• Act as a customer’s agent: build relations, develop business insights, propose extra services
• Participate in pre-sales and up-sales (both your account and company-wide)
• Take an active role in technical negotiations (scope, architecture, business terms)
• Work with business stakeholders to define vision, goals, and product functionality
• Control KPIs (profitability, revenue, utilization) and act to optimize them
• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution — deliver on time and within budget
• Supervise delivery by leading the PM team; ensure proper project start, tailoring, and delivery model
• Conduct portfolio risk analysis; track, mitigate, and communicate risks effectively
• Implement best practices, standards, and tools for project execution and management
