AI/ML Engineer (Adjusted working schedule to overlap with US hours)

🚀 We’re hiring: AI/ML Engineer

We’re looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge LLM, NLP, and autonomous AI agents.

What you’ll do:
✨ Build and optimize AI agents & multi-agent workflows
✨ Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
✨ Design conversational flows and RAG pipelines
✨ Apply prompt engineering and model optimization techniques
✨ Collaborate on prototypes and bring research into production

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 1+ year in AI/ML, 5+ years in software engineering
✔️ Strong skills in Python & TypeScript (Node.js)
✔️ Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
✔️ Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Faiss)
✔️ Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes & cloud (AWS a plus)
