SMM Manager (HR Brand) โ€“ AdTech company

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on employer branding.
  • Create and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, interviews) across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to promote company culture, events, and career opportunities.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase reach and engagement.
  • Manage community interactions and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SMM / Social Media Manager, ideally with HR brand or employer branding projects.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Polish or Russian/Ukrainian is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals and trends.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Based in Warsaw or willing to attend the office on a hybrid basis.
