Lead HR Business Partner

Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role within an HR team (min. 2 people)
- Proven ability to lead HRBP teams and make fast, business-aligned decisions
- Strong track record in partnering with senior and middle management, driving strategic HR initiatives and improvements
- Experienced in building HR strategies, optimizing processes, and implementing continuous improvements
- Solid commercial acumen and ability to use HR metrics and analytics to influence decision-making and performance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence key stakeholders
- Skilled in conflict resolution and handling sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and accountable, with strong initiative
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, both spoken and written
Would be a plus
- Using AI tools and implementing them in the HR team's work
Experience in driving HR process automation and implementing digital HR tools
Responsibilities
- Lead the HRBP team (currently 3 team members)
- Act as HRBP for multiple units (approximately 20 managers)
- Audit and adapt HR processes to align with our business needs
- Develop and maintain HR analytics and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Prepare and manage HR team budgets, including quarterly operating expense forecasts
- Research, evaluate, and integrate new HR tools and best practices into workflows
- Oversee onboarding for new HR team members
Analyze employee satisfaction surveys and monitor key HR performance metrics
Work Schedule
Full-time working days, flexible hours, and the full remote for our colleagues from Lviv and Kyiv are available.
Interview stages

3. Final interview with Delivery manager/Director
