AI Engineer

Position: AI Engineer (Contract)
Duration: 3 months

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team for a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI-driven solutions, particularly in content understanding, document intelligence, and AI search. This role requires hands-on experience with Python, machine learning model development, and Azure services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize AI models for classification and content/document understanding.
• Work with Azure services such as blob storage, database storage, and functions to support AI solutions.
• Implement and maintain scalable, secure AI workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, clients, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Test and measure model accuracy and continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with AI Foundry, Content Understanding (Document Intelligence), and AI Search.
• Proficiency in Python and classification modeling.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Azure services (blob storage, databases, functions, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with complex document AI analysis, including image-based documents.
• Experience training machine learning models with new datasets.
• Practical knowledge of data and server security on Azure.
• Strong soft skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to test and measure model accuracy.
• Solution-oriented mindset with hands-on technical delivery skills.
