Account/Affiliate Manager to $2000

Role Goals

  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships β€” act as the β€œvoice” of the team externally.
  • Provide media buyers with the best offers and conditions.
  • Ensure traffic profitability by monitoring holds, KPIs, and payouts.
  • Share interesting hypotheses and approaches from R&D with partners.
  • Maintain transparent documentation and track all agreements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing partner accounts (platforms, affiliate networks, direct advertisers).
  • Handle day-to-day communication on offers, KPIs, payouts, holds, and approvals.
  • Search for new partners, negotiate terms, and launch offer tests.
  • Prepare and send weekly/monthly traffic and performance reports.
  • Communicate with media buyers: transfer offers, terms, and feedback.
  • Maintain and update the CRM / Notion partner database.
  • Represent the team at conferences and online events.
  • Ensure transparent documentation of agreements with partners (Google Docs / Notion).

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in affiliate / performance / digital marketing as an Affiliate or Account Manager.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent English (B2+).
  • Ability to conduct business correspondence and negotiations with partners.
  • Responsibility, structured approach, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of key traffic metrics: CR, ROI, hold, payout, etc.
  • Bonus: experience with Gambling / Nutra / Finance / Mobile apps verticals.
