Project Manager (Shopify, eCommerce) to $1200

About us

We are a Shopify agency helping international eCommerce brands from the US and Europe scale their online sales.
Even though our team is still relatively small, we already work with established clients and run several projects in parallel.
Our strengths are fast decision-making, zero bureaucracy, and a high level of responsibility for the final result.
We are growing quickly and now looking for a Project Manager who will become a key part of the team and help bring our processes to the next level.

What you’ll do

• Manage several eCommerce projects in parallel (mostly Shopify, occasionally WordPress).
• Organize the full process: from kick-off to delivery (planning, deadlines, QA).
• Communicate directly with clients (Slack, Zoom, Email) and maintain transparent communication.
• Create and track tasks in ClickUp.
• Coordinate developers, VA, designers and QA.
• Keep things structured: documentation, reports, checklists.

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (preferably web/eCommerce).
• Experience working with US/European clients.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to clearly set tasks and control their execution.
• Experience with task trackers (ClickUp / Jira / Trello).
• A proactive, responsible person who doesn’t need micromanagement.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Shopify/eCommerce.
• Basic understanding of web development processes.
