IT Project Manager to $1800

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us manage a couple of existing projects. You will be primarily overseeing projects around a SaaS platform designed for mid-sized U.S. companies. For example, one of our clients is an edtech platform for learning African languages, built for U.S. immigrants from Africa who want to stay connected to their roots.

A Few Important Notes:

• We expect the Project Manager to lead two projects simultaneously, while also supporting some on-demand discovery phases if required.
   
• You’ll have support and strong guidance from our senior leadership team; however, independence, ownership, and proactivity are essential.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or SaaS environments. Experience with SaaS platforms or B2B products is a strong plus. Please note: we do not accept applications from candidates without software industry experience — you must understand how software products are built and delivered.
 

You should be confident in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met.

Strong communication and leadership skills are a must — you’ll often be the bridge between clients, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. We need someone who can keep teams aligned, motivated, and focused on delivery.
 

We value problem-solving, organizational skills, and adaptability, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and handle shifting client priorities.
