Advertising Graphic Designer Offline

We’re looking for a designer who’s not just interested in “making things look pretty,” but in creating ad creatives that truly work — the kind that attract attention, resonate with people, and help brands grow.


This role is for you if:
– You love working with static creatives and are quick at finding sharp, effective visual solutions.
– You enjoy marketing and want to see how your design work directly impacts campaign results.
– You're excited to work with eCommerce brands (from cosmetics and fashion to home decor, food, and pet products), as well as service-based industries like online courses, travel, real estate, and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality static creatives for ads, and social media.
  • Adapt visuals across different formats and platforms.
  • Work closely with media buyers and copywriters to test and iterate on creative concepts.
  • Use AI tools (image generation, editing, automation) to speed up content production and brainstorming.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
  • Stay updated on design and digital advertising trends.


Who are we looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic/creative designer in a digital marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Photoshop AI).
  • Solid understanding of typography hierarchy, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with performance-driven ad creatives (static preferred, motion is a plus).
  • English level B2+ – comfortable with feedback, collaboration, and briefings in English.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to generate ideas independently and suggest new creative angles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with A/B testing creatives for paid ads.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and creative strategies.
