About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Project Manager to support project execution, process organization, and communication between teams. This is a great opportunity for a specialist who wants to grow their expertise and gradually take on more responsibility.
Who We Are
Our RnD department consists of ten teams developing CRM, CMS, marketing tools, payment solutions, and other systems. We work on high-load projects, use modern technologies, and follow clear planning and development processes.
At our company, a Project Manager is responsible for describing technical tasks and monitoring their priorities, helping teams achieve goals on time and maintain efficiency.

Requirements
Must-Have:
- 1+ years of experience in IT.
- At least 1 year of experience as a PM / PM Assistant / Business Analyst or 2+ years as a QA.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum).
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Jira or similar task management systems.
- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly explain tasks and coordinate the team.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- English level Intermediate+ (for working with documentation).
Nice-to-Have:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, API, Swagger.
- Experience in preparing prototypes, presentations, and reports.
- Experience with Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, Miro.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing team work (creating tasks in Jira, tracking execution).
- Maintain project documentation, gather and clarify requirements.
- Support daily communication with the team (developers, QA, DevOps, analysts).
- Participate in team meetings.
- Prepare reports and changelogs for projects.
