Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who can keep things on track and help the team move fast and efficiently.
 

Your responsibilities:

• coordinate the work of Software and Mechanical Engineers;
• plan sprints, assign and track tasks;
• monitor deadlines and progress;
• ensure smooth communication within the team;
• maintain project documentation (Jira/Trello/ClickUp/Notion);
• communicate with our users, gather feedback, provide support.
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as Project Manager;
• understanding of both software and hardware development processes;
• knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban;
• strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• English — Upper-Intermediate.
   

Nice to have:

• experience in startups or software/hardware product companies;
• understanding of MilTech/DefenseTech specifics.
