Senior Designer, Brand Manager

 We are currently looking for a  Senior Designer | Brand Manager to join our team.  

 The Senior Designer/Brand Manager role blends bold vision with hands-on creativity. You will be the driving force behind our brand identity, taking charge of major creative projects from spark to finish. While a Middle Designer supports you with day-to-day tasks, you will own the journey from concept to execution.

 

Responsibilities

• Carry out the majority of design production tasks hands-on
• Shape and elevate our brand identity, ensuring it shines across every communication channel
• Craft standout visuals for social media, campaigns, presentations, web, merchandise, and more
• Supervise and mentor a Middle Designer, delegating smaller tasks where appropriate
• Collaborate with marketing, SMM, and content teams to maintain a unified visual voice
• Dream up bold concepts that amplify our brand’s presence and impact
• Ensure consistency and quality across all brand materials

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and branding
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects; Figma is a plus)
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery under deadlines
• Strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and consistency
• Dynamic and creative mindset: generating new ideas, spotting market trends, and translating them into visuals
• Positive, easy-going personality with the ability to collaborate smoothly across teams
• Self-driven, proactive approach with readiness to create rather than only direct
• Ambition to progress into a Brand Manager role with broader leadership responsibilities
