Halon Partners is a fast-growing international iGaming company. We launch large-scale online gambling projects across global markets and actively invest in the growth of our clients and internal teams.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Product Owner and Growth Lead to take full ownership of one of our key casino brands focused on the DACH market.

 

About the Role

This is not a pure marketing role. It’s a hybrid of Product Owner and Growth Lead β€” you’ll manage the brand as a full-fledged online casino product. That means full responsibility for the entire business cycle: product performance, player experience, operations, and financial results.

 

You’ll work directly with the founders, act as a β€œmini CMO & Product Owner,” and enjoy the freedom to execute, test ideas, and drive measurable growth.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as Product Owner: manage backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate implementation across teams.
  • Own the P&L and ensure profitability of the brand.
  • Oversee daily operations: acquisition, retention, CRM, payments, VIP, and support.
  • Optimize the player journey end-to-end: registration, onboarding, retention loops, monetization, churn prevention.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, BI, and central teams to improve functionality, UX, and engagement.
  • Evaluate new features, payment solutions, and third-party integrations.
  • Monitor KPIs (ARPU, LTV, conversion, retention, churn, bonus ROI) and take data-driven decisions.
  • Drive creative campaigns and experiments to boost engagement and lifetime value.
  • Report directly to founders, proposing strategies for growth and market expansion.

     

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in iGaming in a product-facing role (Product Owner, Product Manager, Brand Manager, Country Manager, Growth Lead).
  • Strong knowledge of online casino mechanics: games portfolio, bonus systems, payment flows, compliance.
  • Business-driven mindset: ability to balance marketing, operations, and product development.
  • Analytical and structured: confident with KPIs, funnels, and financial models.
  • Hands-on leader: strategic thinker who also executes and delivers.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-focused.

     

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Background in startups or small, agile teams.
  • Hands-on involvement across CRM, VIP, Creative, and Product functions.
