Now we’re looking for someone who’s hungry to break into recruitment and grow fast. You’ll start as a Researcher (the Sherlock Holmes of talent search) and move into a full Recruiter role once you’re ready to talk to candidates directly.
Your mission (at the start):
- Hunt down candidates on LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, and wherever else they’re hiding.
- Spot the difference between “just a profile” and “our perfect match.”
- Keep our candidate lists and CRM (CleverStaff) neat and sharp.
Work side by side with recruiters, soaking up all the know-how.
What’s next (your growth path):
- Take your first prescreen calls — yes, you’ll be the voice of El-Core.
- Step into the full recruitment cycle, project by project.
Explore industries beyond IT — because our clients are as diverse as it gets.
What we need from you:
- English that’s good enough to impress European CEOs (Upper-Intermediate+).
- Curiosity + persistence — you’ll need both to track down top talent.
- Attention to detail (because small things matter in big hires).
- No fear of talking to people and building connections.
Any sourcing/recruitment background is a plus, but attitude beats experience.
