Data Literacy Training Specialist

To develop employees’ data literacy skills, enhance decision-making quality, and ensure efficient use of information in mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning modules on working with data (tailored to the specifics of our industry).
• Create instructional materials, guidelines, and best practice documentation for teams.
• Train employees in interpreting data from BI systems, sensor networks, and analytical dashboards.
• Teach principles of data validation, error prevention, and information security.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business units to identify learning needs.
• Monitor participants’ progress and evaluate training program effectiveness.

Core Skills & Requirements

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SQL, statistics, and big data principles.
• Understanding of data visualization and interpretation methods.
• Experience in corporate training delivery or facilitation.
• Knowledge of information security principles and handling sensitive data.
• Ability to adapt complex technical concepts to different audience levels.
• Improved decision-making speed based on data.
