B2B Content Marketing Manager
We are looking for a hands-on B2B Content Marketing Manager for the Software Development & AI company. This role blends content creation, customer research, and collaboration with our product/tech team to drive awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Research customer pain points and industry trends, and turn them into engaging questions and narratives.
- Collaborate with our tech/product team to translate insights into content.
- Create content strategies.
- Write and repurpose content across multiple formats (blogs, social posts, newsletters, etc.).
- Develop engaging visual content (carousels, infographics, diagrams) using Canva or similar tools.
Review basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement) and make iterative improvements.
Requirements
- Strong background in content writing and storytelling.
- Experience with customer research and B2B content strategy.
- A portfolio of LinkedIn-native content: carousel posts, thought-leadership snippets, or educational breakdowns.
- Solid understanding of content repurposing across different formats and channels.
- Design skills in Canva/Figma.
- Awareness of content β conversion journey: you donβt need to be a LeadGen pro, but you should understand why this content exists.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content ideation and scaling.
Advanced English
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with sales or lead-gen processes.
- Experience working with technical or AI products.
- Understanding of Generative AI and no-code tools for automating and streamlining workflows.
- Knowledge of growth-focused distribution.
