B2B Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Content Marketing Manager for the Software Development & AI company. This role blends content creation, customer research, and collaboration with our product/tech team to drive awareness and engagement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research customer pain points and industry trends, and turn them into engaging questions and narratives.
  • Collaborate with our tech/product team to translate insights into content.
  • Create content strategies.
  • Write and repurpose content across multiple formats (blogs, social posts, newsletters, etc.).
  • Develop engaging visual content (carousels, infographics, diagrams) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Review basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement) and make iterative improvements.

     

Requirements

  • Strong background in content writing and storytelling.
  • Experience with customer research and B2B content strategy.
  • A portfolio of LinkedIn-native content: carousel posts, thought-leadership snippets, or educational breakdowns.
  • Solid understanding of content repurposing across different formats and channels.
  • Design skills in Canva/Figma.
  • Awareness of content β†’ conversion journey: you don’t need to be a LeadGen pro, but you should understand why this content exists.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content ideation and scaling.
  • Advanced English

     

    Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with sales or lead-gen processes.
  • Experience working with technical or AI products.
  • Understanding of Generative AI and no-code tools for automating and streamlining workflows.
  • Knowledge of growth-focused distribution.
