VIP Telesales Manager (English)

We are looking for:
- From 1 year of experience in the position of Support manager / VIP manager / Sales manager;
- Level of knowledge of English β B2 and above;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to call most of the time.
- High level of professionalism to create trusting relationships with VIP clients;
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the clients' needs and desires as well as the ability to solve problems quickly;
- Flexible respond to changes;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel. Ability to work with databases, pivot tables and other functions;
- Interest in sports;
- Knowledge of French will be an advantage.
- Regular communication with VIP-players β announcement of promotions and special offers, assistance in case of problems and questions, establishing trusting relationships by chats and calls;
- Participation in the segmentation of VIP clients;
- Participation in the coordination of the bonus grid for VIP clients;
- Analysis and reporting on the activity of VIP clients;
- Close cooperation with other departments (support, finance);
- Remote work with flexible schedule;
- Vacation 20 working days;
