Middle UI/UX Designer

What we expect:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• A portfolio with real projects in Figma (independently completed).
• Strong knowledge of Figma: components, auto-layouts, design tokens.
• Ability to structure and present projects, awareness of design trends, and the ability to justify your decisions.
• Experience in designing complex logic, creating user flows, interactive prototypes, and conducting research.
• Skills in responsive and adaptive design.
• English level sufficient for reading documentation and writing rationales.
• Self-organization and the ability to work at different paces, including fast delivery when needed.

Nice to have:

• Experience with interface libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.).
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions to clients.
• Background or experience in graphic design and animation.
• Initiative in improving internal processes.
• High level of English.

What you will do:

• Design web and mobile applications: from research to final mockups.
• Create interactive prototypes, user flows, and sitemaps.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other designers.
• Manage several projects in parallel.
• Stay up to date with design trends and apply them in practice.
• Build and maintain component libraries.
• Conduct research to support design decisions.
