We are looking for a people-centric, business-minded HRBP to join our team and support international clients, primarily Israeli startups and tech companies in building high-performing, engaged, and scalable teams.
This role is a blend of hands-on people operations and strategic client partnership. You’ll take ownership of key HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, support retention and performance frameworks, and collaborate closely with delivery, customer success, and client stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
🔹 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role, preferably in an outstaffing environment;
🔹 Strong business and client-oriented mindset with the ability to understand client needs, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships;
🔹 Excellent communication skills: confident in engaging with employees, managers, and cross-functional client stakeholders;
🔹 Proactive and solution-oriented approach: able to anticipate issues, act independently, and propose improvements;
🔹 Data-driven decision-making: comfortable working with Jira, survey tools, and internal HR reports;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
What you will do:
🔹 Design and run onboarding processes tailored to each client’s needs – ensuring fast adaptation and long-term engagement;
🔹 Drive structured performance review cycles and support the creation of improvement plans for underperforming team members;
🔹 Coordinate compensation feedback loops with clients and ensure fair, data-driven salary decisions;
🔹 Conduct regular 1:1s to monitor employee satisfaction, resolve risks early, and build strong retention practices
🔹 Act as the main HR contact for your assigned clients — joining syncs, advising managers, and aligning on team structure and development
🔹 Track people-related issues and feedback in Jira; analyze trends to improve processes and prevent attrition.
