Middle/Senior Python Developer (6-8 weeks project)

We are seeking a proactive Strong Middle/Senior Python Developer to join a part-time, short-term project (6-8 weeks).

About the client:

They build and deploy AI agents that autonomously manage customer conversations, delivering personalized support and driving actions across multiple channels. There is a working prototype, AI-generated by Lovable.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience with Python and FastAPI.
• Strong communication skills in English: strong B2/C1.
• Proactive and self-driven: asks questions, proposes ideas, and contributes to product improvement.
• Methodical and organized in your approach to work.
• Ability to attend occasional sync-ups in the evening your local time (US morning time).

Hiring Process:

1. 15-20min prescreen call with the Recruitment Manager.
2. 15-20 min call with the Head of AI Engineering.
3. Call with the Product Manager.
