SDR (Outbound Lead Generation)
We’re looking for an SDR who feels confident in outbound and knows how to turn process into results. Your leads will kick off new deals, and your work will be the foundation of the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities
- Generate relevant leads in new companies and market segments.
- Build and manage an effective outbound process, testing channels and refining the approach.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo email campaigns, and other tools of your choice (Clay etc).
- Leverage AI for prospect research, personalisation and workflow automation.
- Analyze the efficiency of different channels and suggest improvements.
- Qualify leads and hand them over to the CEO for calls and deal closing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an outbound SDR / lead generation specialist with successful track record.
- Strategic thinker with a structured, process-driven approach.
- Solid understanding of marketing tools and ability to pick the most effective ones.
- Independent, confident, and results-oriented - you know “you can find the right clients.”
- Enjoy working with data, testing hypotheses, and improving workflows.
- Comfortable using modern tools and eager to explore AI and automation to stay ahead.
