We are seeking an HR & Communication Specialist to strengthen our internal culture, enhance team member engagement, and ensure effective communication throughout the team.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and fully integrated into the company culture.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with teammates to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Partner with team managers to enhance team member well-being and engagement.
  • Streamline offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions, conducting exit interviews.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and initiatives to enhance the company's internal brand and promote a positive teammate experience.
  • Support implementing learning programs and initiatives (workshops, training sessions, mentorship programs).
  • Create and distribute regular corporate news digests to keep teammates informed and engaged with company updates and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare content for internal communication channels (Slack, internal blog) to ensure consistent, timely, and engaging internal communication.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, and internal communications.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for informed decision-making.
  • Proactive and creative mindset to approach challenges with innovative solutions.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for improving employee experiences and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in work organisation tools: HRIS, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace.
  • Presentation and visual content creation skills (Google Slides, Figma, Canva, and others).
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
