Brand and Community Manager
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage industry webinars, roundtables, and other branded online events end-to-end (planning, content creation, speaker coordination, moderation, promotion);
- Actively engage in closed industry groups and communities, representing TeqBlaze and fostering thought leadership;
- Identify key industry voices, track relevant discussions and trends, and map who drives conversations in the adtech space;
- Build and nurture online and offline communities (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging;
- Develop engaging content (comments, posts, talking points) aligned with TeqBlaze’s brand voice;
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives: YouTube content, expert interviews, co-marketing campaigns, and social impact programs in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams;
- Monitor community leaders, conversations, and feedback, reporting actionable insights to marketing and product teams;
- Collaborate with the PR team to support participation in industry events (speaking slots, sponsorships, brand presence);
- Support PR with award strategy: identify opportunities, coordinate submissions, and amplify wins across channels;
- Assist with CSR, DEI, and socially relevant initiatives aligned with TeqBlaze’s values;
- Track and analyze the performance of community initiatives and events, providing regular reports and insights.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, community management, or brand communications (brand reputation experience is a strong advantage);
- Portfolio of past work (webinars, campaigns, content pieces, community initiatives) is required;
- Sales experience is a strong plus;
- Proven track record in organizing webinars or virtual events, including content development;
- Hands-on experience with social media communities (especially LinkedIn and professional groups);
- Proficiency with tools: LinkedIn Events, Zoom/Webex, Slack/Discord/Telegram/Reddit, CRM/marketing platforms (HubSpot);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, professional content;
- Confident in engaging with industry professionals and representing a brand externally;
- Strong project management skills — able to handle multiple initiatives in parallel;
- Experience collaborating with PR/communications, marketing, sales, and product teams is a plus;
- Knowledge of adtech, martech, or B2B SaaS industries is highly desirable;
- Native or near-native English; additional languages are a plus.
