Trainee / Junior Manual QA Engineer (Web and Mobile Apps)

Requirements

Core Skills

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
• Familiarity with different types of testing (functional, regression, UI, exploratory, etc.)
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Ability to create, execute, and document test cases and checklists
• Understanding of bug tracking and reporting (e.g., in ClickUp, or similar tools)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of how web and mobile applications work
• Familiarity with REST APIs and the ability to use tools like Postman
• Understanding of databases (e.g., basic SQL queries for validation)
   

Nice to Have

• Curious about automated testing, but no prior experience required
