Finance Operation Manager

🕐 Schedule: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Billing & Collection Team Lead to take charge of our billing operations and manage a small remote team. This role is perfect for someone who not only understands finance but also knows how to motivate, lead, and grow a team in a remote environment.

🧩 Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 specialists;
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections from affiliates and advertisers;
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to track all costs and revenues;
• Continuously improve billing processes and implement best practices;
• Handle escalated billing issues with clients;
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior leadership;
• Lead process automation and efficiency initiatives.
  ✅ Requirements:
• Proven experience in billing/collections, or finance;
• Prior experience managing a team;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proficient in Google Sheets;
• English level: B2 or higher;
• Ability to motivate a remote team and maintain high performance.
