About the project:
The client is building an educational platform with gamification elements. To ensure the right team fit, we are looking for an expert designer who can accurately assess candidates’ technical and creative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 2–3 technical interviews (exact number TBD)
• Evaluate candidates’ expertise in 2D/3D design, with a focus on gamification
• Provide structured feedback to support hiring decisions

Requirements:

• Senior-level background in 2D/3D design
• Proven hands-on experience with gamification in digital products or platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing both technical and creative expertise
• Prior experience conducting technical interviews or mentoring is a plus

Conditions:

• Part-time, short-term engagement (interview sessions only)
