What You’ll Do:
Directly influence revenue growth through core product metrics: activation, retention, engagement, LTV, churn, NPS.
Own and execute a bold product vision and strategy that dominates the market.Create a roadmap so powerful it makes competitors irrelevant.
Build and lead a world-class product organization that moves with speed, data, and innovation.
Set new standards in UX/UI, product analytics, growth loops, and experimentation.
Stay ahead of the curve: monitor competitors, read the market, and set trends others will follow.Drive impact through core product metrics: activation, retention, engagement, LTV, churn, NPS.
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver a product users can’t live without.
Who You Are:
5–7+ years in senior product leadership (CPO, VP Product, Head of Product) in SaaS marketplaces (B2B/B2C).
A proven track record of scaling platforms into market leaders.
A Product-Led Growth (PLG) expert, fluent in PQLs, expansion revenue, and net retention.
A visionary leader who inspires teams, builds product-driven culture, and drives alignment at the C-suite.
Relentlessly data-driven - you live by A/B tests, analytics, and user research.
