• 4+ years total (3+ in casino PM) 🕓
• Casino metrics mastery (GGR, NGR, RTP, etc.) 📊

What You Will Do:

• Lead CIS product team & manage promotional calendars 📅
• Analyze payment methods monthly, optimize checkout sorting 💳
• Monitor KPIs 2x daily, troubleshoot issues 📈
• Review player sessions weekly (5+ hours), track fixes 🎥
• Implement new features, create specs/mockups 🛠️
• Optimize existing features, scale best practices 📌
• Conduct user research quarterly 🔍
• Maintain product backlogs, prioritize tasks 🗂️
• Research competitors weekly (5+ hours) 🏆
• Test retention strategies with CRM team 🔄
• Audit bonus systems bi-weekly 🎁
• Run A/B tests on promotions 🧪
• Prepare monthly Power BI reports 📊
• Deliver weekly performance updates 📨
