VIP Retention Manager (iGaming) $$$ Offline

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our highest-value players—acting as their trusted advisor to keep them engaged, happy, and spending.
  • Use powerful data-driven tools to identify and connect with VIP players, focusing on high-impact interactions that boost retention and drive revenue.
  • Grow the VIP segment by increasing player lifetime value, hitting growth targets, and minimizing churn—every player counts, and so does their contribution to the bottom line.
  • Understand what makes VIPs tick—from play styles to spending habits—and use those insights to drive monetization strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across email, chat, calls, and in-person events to build loyalty and create real, lasting connections with top-tier players.
  • Stay on top of our product roadmap and keep VIPs excited and engaged through product updates, exclusive previews, and focus sessions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to turn VIP feedback and data into actionable ideas that boost player satisfaction and profitability.
  • Monitor player metrics and performance to deliver timely incentives, bonuses, and offers that directly support revenue and retention goals.
  • Actively collect feedback from our high-value players and bring those insights to the table to shape better business decisions.

     

What we’re looking for:

  • Sales, Account Management, or Player Development Background — Especially within gaming, casino, or other monetization-focused environments.
  • CRM Proficiency — You’ve worked with tools like LiveChat, Helpdesk, or similar platforms to track player behavior and manage interactions.
  • Fluent English (C1 Level or Higher) — You’ll be working with native-speaker players and need to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Strong Communicator — You know how to keep conversations strategic and value-driven, not just friendly. You get the players because you are one. You understand the culture, the excitement, and what keeps people coming back.
  • Instant Messaging Know-How — You’re comfortable handling communications over platforms like WhatsApp, or similar IM tools.
  • Results-Oriented — You’re motivated by growth targets, profit goals, and player value—you love seeing the numbers go up.
  • Analytical Mindset — You’re comfortable working with player data to spot trends, identify opportunities, and make smart decisions.
  • Proven Impact — You’ve helped drive revenue, scale programs, or improve retention through player engagement strategies.
  • Gaming Savvy — You get the gaming world and speak the same language as our players. Passion + product understanding = impact
